Nostalgic for Europe Part 1: Paris…

This post will begin a three-part series of photographs from a trip I had the privilege of taking in 2007.  For three weeks, a group of four of us traveled to France to study the art in world-famous museums.  After immersing ourselves in art, we traveled to Trasadingen, Switzerland, were we worked together to paint several murals for an up and coming non-profit for children.

As it was, our journey began in the beautiful city of Paris:

No trip to Paris is complete without a trip to the Eifel Tower

In real life, the Arc de Triomphe is HUGE.

Musée du Louvre, One of the world's largest art museums. Home of the Mona Lisa and other great masterpieces.

I got lucky on the Louvre panorama, as it is multiple photos I took through a window and stitched together with Photomerge.

Nostalgic for Europe Part II:  Versailles…coming soon!
