I’ve Started Korean Lessons!!!

I’ve been studying Korean for about four months, but last night Jill and I started going to Korean lessons with some other English speaking friends.  It is a free class offered by a KNU alum, by the the name of Hang Kyu!  I am so excited to get better at my Korean.  Hang Kyu seems like he’ll be a good teacher.  When I asked him why he was doing this for free, he said…”My time at KNU will eventually come to an end.  I want to leave a legacy.”  How cool is that?  Anyway, he made it clear that he was going to push us and expect a lot of us, so I hope we’re ready for what he’s going to dish out…

Hang Kyu showed us our names transliterated in Korean, and he said we have to know how to read and write them by next class…So here’s mine:
